"Did anyone else find the cap kind of bulky?"
I really wanted this to work, but the cap just felt cheap to me. It was bulky on top and the wefts seemed uneven, so it never sat flat on my head. I tried adjusting it a few times, but the straps already started feeling flimsy. I’m curious if other people had the same issue because it was uncomfortable for me. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered from afsisterwig.com and the hair itself was okay, but the lace was not it. It felt kind of thick and stiff, definitely not soft, and it didn’t melt into my skin the way I expected. You could still see it easily, which was frustrating for the price. I also contacted support about it and the reply felt super copy-paste, like they didn’t really read what I was saying. Overall, I expected better lace quality and better help.

"Close enough, but not exactly like the pictures"
I ordered a wig from afsisterwig.com and first thing I noticed was that the overall look was close to the photos. The color was about what I expected, and the cut had the same general vibe, so I wasn’t mad about it or anything.

Once I actually put it on, though, my eyes went straight to the front layers because they didn’t sit the same way as in the pictures. I had to trim and adjust them a bit to make it look right on me. It’s not a bad wig, just not as exact as I hoped, so 3 stars feels fair

When my order showed up, the box was crushed, which definitely wasn’t a great first impression. And the wig bag looked kind of cheap. I mean, if you’re ordering something new, shouldn’t the packaging at least make it feel a little nicer?

I’ve been wearing my wig from afsisterwig.com for a few weeks now, it still looks good?? I haven’t had any major shedding, and the lace hasn’t torn or anything, which I was really happy about. I did take off one star because it can get a little tangled after a long day, but overall I’m still satisfied with it.

"Customer service was painfully slow"
I had to message them twice before anyone bothered to reply. They did eventually get back to me, but the whole thing felt slow and useless. Kind of like dealing with a bunch of customer service zombies.

The wig is decent overall, but the density felt a little off to me. I noticed a few areas that seemed thinner than expected, so I’ve been careful with styling and handling it just to avoid making it look more sparse. It’s still wearable and not a bad wig, but I do wish it matched the listed density a bit better.

"I thought the hair was going to..."
I thought the hair was going to be better, especially for the price. It looked decent when I first got it, but after one wash it turned dry and started tangling like crazy?! The ends felt rough, and it shed way more than I expected. I was disappointed and definitely won’t be ordering from afsisterwig.com again

"Tangled Way Too Quickly"
I was surprised by how fast this started tangling. It looked fine at first, but after barely using it, the tangles were already awful and hard to deal with. I didn’t even bother reaching out to customer service because, in my experience, they usually just give you the runaround.

"Tracking was clear the whole way"
I was a little nervous after I placed the order, but the tracking ended up being totally fine. They sent the tracking number soon after payment, and I could actually follow the updates as the package moved along.
It showed up right around the date they gave me too, so I wasn’t stuck guessing or having to chase anyone. For me, the tracking was simple, clear, and it definitely made the whole thing feel calmer. 5 stars

"Returning this was way more frustrating than it should be"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and every time I contact support, it feels like I’m just getting another excuse instead of a real update. The whole return process has been a headache. I’ve returned items with other companies before and usually had my money back quickly, so this has been really disappointing in comparison.

"Nice quality, but the texture wasn’t what I expected"
I was really hoping this would look like the photos, especially since the texture is the main reason I ordered it. The hair itself didn’t feel terrible, and I do think it had some decent softness, but the curl pattern was way looser than what was shown and it came out of the bag a bit frizzy. Unfortunately, it didn’t blend with my natural hair at all. I tried washing it and styling it to see if I could make it work, but it still looked noticeably different. Disappointing overall, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I got my wig earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated fine for the most part, so I wasn’t really worried. There was a one-day delay though, which was kind of annoying, but it still showed up fast

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY"

I ordered a wig on 5/27/25, the wig was sent via FEDEX who delivered the wig to the wrong address.  The wig was not retrievable.  I contacted AFSister for a refund.  I have yet to hear from them after 3 emails.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.  YOU WILL REGRET IT.  I AM OUT OF 170.00.
